Charity Fashion Show by Elina Leventis for Melathron Rehabilitation Centre at The Porto Bello

The Melathron Rehabilitation Centre in collaboration with Haute Couture Designer, Elina Leventis, Marifo handmade leather accessories and Aldo shoes, organized on June 16th a charity Fashion Show, accompanied by a cocktail party at the new luxury commercial project, The PortoBello, next to the Limassol Marina. The event was held under the High Patronage of the First Lady, Andri Anastasiades and the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades was also present, along with other high society guests. The brand new Porto Bello office building opened its doors for the first time and Interlink & D. Nicolaou Developers sponsored the fashion show, which was themed "Alice in Wonderland". The fashion designer chose The Porto Bello to host the event, as it combines the old world charm of the stone built Listed building along with the prestigious and top luxury modern building. The 650 guests were seated at the foyer and plaza, surrounded by sceneries that turned the space into a magical forest. The models were celebrities of the TV and Cyprus high society, who chose to walk the catwalk for charity cause. Elina Leventis’ impressive creations presented a romantic collection and travelled the audience into the magical world of fashion. Constantinos Christoforou, the famous greek singer disguised as «Mad Hatter» at the night of the show, performing live songs from the well known film of Tim Burton. Evelyn Kazatzoglou, the greek fashion model at the role of "Alice" had custody of the presentation of the evening. The proceeds of the show were donated to Melathron Rehabilitation Centre. The event was organized by Daphne Kolota of Wizard Events & PR. A glamorous cocktail party followed the show on the roof terrace of Porto Bello. All guests enjoyed breathtaking, panoramic views of the Old Port of Limassol and Limassol marina and promenade along the tunes of celebrity DJ, Elena Armenis.
